Thank you for shopping at Elouane. We want you to love your purchase! If you are not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging (including tags, accessories, and inserts).
To start a return, please contact our Customer Support at support@elouane.store. We’ll provide instructions and a return authorization if your request is approved.
Non-returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Gift cards
- Intimate or sanitary products
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Sale or clearance items
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. If you received a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your total refund when applicable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at support@elouane.store within 30 days of delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the item. We will replace or refund it at no extra cost.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@elouane.store.
