Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Elouane. We appreciate your trust and want to ensure you have a clear understanding of our shipping process. Please review this policy carefully before completing your purchase.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During high-volume periods (such as holidays, sales events, or product launches), processing may take up to 7 business days. You will be notified if there are significant delays.
2. Domestic Shipping (United States)
We currently ship across the United States using reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
- Standard Shipping: 8–15 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 5–8 business days
Delivery times are estimates and begin after your order has been processed and shipped. Actual transit times may vary depending on your location and carrier service availability.
3. International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries. International delivery may take between 15–30 business days, depending on destination, customs clearance, and carrier operations.
Customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your country are not included in our shipping rates and are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping option. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to appear on the carrier’s website.
6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend it.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date at support@elouane.store with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.
8. Delays and External Factors
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, such as carrier delays, customs inspections, extreme weather, or global shipping disruptions. Elouane is not responsible for such delays but will provide support to help track and resolve your shipment.
9. Split Shipments
For efficiency, your order may be shipped in multiple packages if items are fulfilled from different warehouses. Each package will have its own tracking number and may arrive separately.
